DC Description
Under the Canadian Public Accountability Board Act (Ontario) which came into force on June 30, 2009, the annual report is submitted to the Ontario Securities Commission for review. The Commission then delivers the report, its assessment and any recommendations it may have to the Minister of Finance, who is required to table the report in the legislature.
Annual report for 2009 includes addendum (4 pages) which is stapled to the inside of the back cover.
