DC Description
"When the 1995 provincial election was called on April 28, I thought that I was able to predict the eventual winner. The party which would be able to focus attention on its strengths and to have the other parties fight the campaign on this pary's ground to win. Unfortunately, a predection which cannot identify the precise winner is not worth very much! The experience I had during the election provided nw with the knowledge I would have needed before the writ was dropped in order to pick the eventual winner." - Introduction
