The Interim Authority for Community Living British Columbia was created under the Community Services Interim Authorities Act on November 13, 2002. It ceased July 1, 2005 when the Community Living Authority Act, passed in October 2004, was proclaimed to create the new authority called Community Living BC. The Authority was abolished by a Ministerial Order under the Section 14.1 of the Community Services Interim Authorities Act effective October 7, 2005. Cf.
