BC Royal Commission document scanned by LLBC.
The Interim report was released July 26, 1990. The report responded to four issues arising from public input. These were the need for good, standardized inventories for all forest values; the need to include information about our forest resources industries in our school curriculum; and the need to restructure and make more effective the Timber Supply Area Steering Committees. The Commission noted the land claim issue was raised in many briefs and presentations; however this fourth issue was beyond the Commission's mandate.
