"The following regulations have been made and the following Tariff of fees, rentals, and charges established under the 'Water Act' by Order in Council No. 780 approved on May 4th, 1945, and amended by Order in Council No. 2581 approved on December 19th, 1947; by Order in Council No. 298 approved on February 20th, 1950; by Order in Council No. 2706 approved on September 28th, 1951; by Order in Council No. 370 approved on February 16th, 1952; and by Order in Council No. 2875 approved on December 23rd, 1953."
