In December 2016, the Conflict of Interest Commissioner became known as the Office of the Integrity Commissioner = En décembre 2016, le Commissaire aux conflits d'intérêts devient connu comme le Bureau du commissaire à l'intégrité du Nouveau-Brunswick.

"This Annual report has been prepared and is submitted in accordance with s.31(1) of the Member's Conflict of Interest Act, s.64(3) of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and s.65(3) of the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act. While there is no express obligation for me to report annually on the Office's activities under the Lobbyists' Registration Act, I have done so in this annual report for the sake of completedness" (2017-2018).
