This document is a transcript of a summary session (Feb. 22-28, 1970) in which 12 recognized urban specialists visited the Halifax-Darmouth metropolitan area to assess the community in terms of likely broad development options based on apparent social and physical assets and liabilities. A series of recommendations were to be later released based on the conclusions of these experts during that encounter week.
