"The following Regulations have been adopted in pursuance of section 99 of the "Agricultural Act, 1915," as enacted by section 9 of the "Agricultural Act, 1915, Amendment Act, 1920," having been approved by Order in Council No. 690, dated the 20th day of May, 1921. The Rules and Regulations dated September 16th, 1914, are hereby superseded. David Warnock, V.S., O.B.E., Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Superintendent of Institutes."
